We, at CEBELIHLE PRIMARY SCHOOL, strive to educate the whole child in a warm, relaxing atmosphere, where each child can develop to his / her full potential.
This vision is embodied in our motto "SCIENTIA EST LUX"(KNOWLEDGE IS LIGHT) and is realised by adhering to the following principles:
providing each child with a sound foundation based on the child's individuality and within the scope of his / her ability through the provision of academic, physical, emotional and social growth oppurtunities.
